I sometimes do crossfit by a technical definition and I used to manage a crossfit gym, but I currently compete in Olympic weightlifting. But the definition is so broad that literally any exercise is technically crossfit.
I traveled the world and checked out different gyms. For the most part the coaches have no idea what they're talking about. Most of the people need to invest a 3 month block on actual hypertrophy rather than going hard for the sake of going hard. They don't have a plan and their programming is illogical and inefficient.
Crossfit is 80% shit imo lol
