I'm mostly referring to the different groups of Sioux in North and South Dakota. Can't say much about those I haven't interacted with.
I do know a few of them that pass as White and claim to be White despite all the free money for being a Native because they want nothing to do with their "families." One is a doctor, who is the only one in her family that wasn't either pregnant or on meth by thirteen.
