Yo I am very prone to getting hooked on high dopamine activities- which sounds like an obvious statement, but they really re-align my priorities to unhealthy levels.
If there’s anyone who’s played Diablo3, I was so addicted to this damn game that when I would sleep, I would hear/see the legendary drop schematic over and over and over again…
Anywho, I avoid these and focus on my family now- would recommend
