I think it’s pretty simple: 1) apply the same review and QA standards to everyone regardless of contribution status on the project. 2) don’t let newfound productivity/output gains take precedence over the standards in #1
Easier said than done. Most CTOs are navigating this right now. Thankfully our CEO and CTO are the same person.
