Between the loyalty-testing of the entire FBI, the Muskification of the Treasury, the purges, the reach for total surveillance, the 'immigrant' round-ups, etc...And the Republican Party's total subservience, Trump is creating an America that looks eerily like China, but with worse food.
It's driving a lot of previous allies of the US to look towards China as a superpower alternative with, at least, more intelligible goals.
