I still find it to be the best interpretation of Simon's Quest. It's a perfect balance between old and new styles, with both some degree of exploration (especially near the end like OoE) and also some challenging platforming.
Also the soundtrack is impressive in both quality and quantity, almost every area has multiple variations of the theme depending on the time of day or certain situations and all of them are really good https://youtu.be/Yg-eZvFSGRo
