Actually there is 1 phone on 1 os that can block this, pixel phone loaded with GrapheneOS (npub1kwa…e0nj) , graphene allow you to disable 2G, and also allow you to use only 4G, 5G, or 4G and 5G.
So it will not totally fix the issue, but at least reduce the scope as you won't have to care for SS7 only Diameter.
