Liquid Federation has other financial assets and equity, so a peg-out is possible for those assets. In retrospect, I think it's a bad idea to make BTC an LBTC with a federated multisig to secure the treasury. I'm increasingly in favour of the Bisq risk scheme to manage the BTC and native chain assets. Maybe they need to rethink this as well, or release a multibach whitelisted, timelocked peg-out BTC.
