you're right, that may actually be a bug (or actually an intended feature) with my campaign scraper. If it can't fetch the campaign URL because it can't fetch the profile (because it's been suspended) then it won't try and fetch new donations either. This can probably be changed - in that case it may keep using the cached campaign URL.
