Steel cut oatmeal with foraged blk walnuts w/syrup. Foraged blk walnuts are strong flavor and balance well with sweetness. You also need a special nutcracker(pic) or hammer cause they are tough.
NunyaBidness (npub1vwy…zugd) we also made black walnut syrup one year. Twice as much work as Maple Syrup but is delicious. Another use case for walnut trees. If you have no maples, walnut can do it.
