This is not a productive matter to talk about since it's not open for discussion. It is what is it and Quran won't change no matter how much we or others want to.
You can't convince a Muslim that LGBT is ok, normal, nor that is should be accepted. Studies shows that with the correct social treatment, these people can be successfully integrated into society and their behavior will be fixed.
I'm not a doctor, and I'm not going to fix them. I'm also not going to accept them and I will not believe them over my religion. But as far as it concerns me, if these people didn't expose themselves to me, or shared their bedroom stories with me, I can't really know what they are and I can't care less.
Now, how do we know that someone is gay? That's easy. They'll tell you about it at any given moment for absolutely no reason. They'll force it on you, they'll annoy you, and they'll force you to retaliate. And how do you retaliate? You'll reject that shit as much as you reject anything that is being forced on you.
Long story short, we don't support them. We don't accept them. And we will never do so. I advise everyone to keep their sexuality to themselves and not talk about it in the street as if they're not sure it's the right thing so they need you onboard only to feel good about themselves.
