I'm wondering more and more if the government of Canada should simply follow a policy of not negotiating with economic terrorists (USA). Typically the raw materials that we sell to the US are in demand which means they're not going to stop consuming them, at least not in the long term. However the value added products they send back to us are now going to be more expensive than products from other countries, which means we simply stop buying them. It's a negative feedback loop for them.
