It's been almost ten years since I could drink coffee. It was a major IBS trigger. But I've been occasionally taking sips to test if it's still a problem, and the sensitivity has been gradually leaving. In the past month, I've had two small cups of coffee with no pain. Gonna try a bigger cup today. Wish me luck. I've missed coffee so much. #coffee #IBS
