I'm reasonably sure I know what happened. I've also witnessed many interactions with SFPD that inform my judgement. I've witnessed legitimately dangerous traffic violations by drivers that SFPD also sat and watched and completely ignored, that inform my judgement. I've heard first-hand accounts of SFPD specifically targeting cyclists who were not being a safety risk, which informs my judgement.
Hell, just a couple weeks ago SFPD physically assaulted a woman for allegedly "jaywalking" which was also decriminalized in California this year. All of the evidence available to me backs up the claims I have made.
EDIT: actually jaywalking was decriminalized starting in 2023. My bad, that's even worse.
