Another iteration on the classic "tiny handheld with oled screen" theme. They all look similar, but this time I used what I have learned about the power circuit. There is a boost converter, so it will run on a single regular coin cell and suck it dry. There is proper switching between battery and USB power. And since SAMD21 is hard to get these days, I instead used a Seeed XIAO board, so you can use a variety of microcontrollers.
