After about 10 years with my GP he decided to stop doing physical prostate exams (never did PSA); I decided to stay with him. This past summer I discovered I have prostate cancer. Full prostatectomy, likely radiation and hormone therapy coming.
Small decision? To stay with him? Really, really dumb.
