I don't know why The Wild Robot got an oscar nomination. It's a crappy, generic film, the kind you forget a few minutes after watching it. But it is an indicator of the kind of crap we'll be forced to endure if the AI dudes have their way.
Memoir of a Snail was nice, and not surprised it's the same guy who did Max and Mary. I loved it. Refreshing. They should have made it joint winner with Flow.
