Especially since the bullet still hasn't been found yet afaik.
How can his neck "stop" a high powered projectile without it still being lodged inside?
Also on the video you can likely see the bullet hitting the upper rim of his frontal body armor vest, ricocheting up his neck either whole or a fragment.
And a significantly slowed down fragment or a mushroomed hollow point or solid lead bullet could actually enter his (quite thick) neck, then bounce off a bone at the right angle. But it would definitely still be in there somwhere. Or there would be both a significant exit wound and the projectile found in the direct vicinity. Unless it shattered or someone picked it up and removed it before forensics could find it.

Either way, clear BS story. This all stinks to high heaven. Too many strange coincidences and narrative plot holes.
