There's 2 things leading me to that conclusion, timing and basic pattern recognition. He went from healthy/social/happy -> spent hussy -> dying/isolated/stressed. That e-hole's taken out a lot of shitposters, she's the constant factor in a bunch of dramas. She'll get in a horny guy's DMs then manipulate him into thinking she's the victim of some fabricated bullshit, then they'd go white knight for her on the TL and usually RQ when their position falls apart because it's just her lies holding it up. Then a few months after digesting her kill she'll begin predating on the next 1-3+ guys.
