I had this issue too with nostrapps. You need to install ngit. It's some kind of magical even-more-decentralized git for the galaxy brained. It's beautiful but don't stare too long or your retinas will be burned. Ignore the errors and infinite spinners on git workshop dot dev and your PR will make it into the interface somehow.
