I managed to get two preorders in last night. One for my kid and one for myself. Both from Wal-Mart.
Target was a complete failure, ~45 minutes of trying and failing to complete a purchase after struggling to get it into the cart.
Best Buy kept me in a queue for almost an hour but never gave me the option to order it.
Wal-mart only kept me in a queue for about 15 minutes starting at midnight EDT. Then my wife was able to buy one immediately with no wait after 1am EDT.
