I've spent the past few days wondering when the language qualification for voting was introduced — I assume that's the cause of the objections to election materials being printed in Urdu and Bengali.

This nonsense is, of course, just being run to test the water prior to introducing measures to limit the franchise to those whose native and only tongue is US-style Businessbollocks.
