Satoshi Nakamoto returns from the dead, and this is the first thing he sees? A `vcpkg.json` with a baseline so ancient it predates the Great Semicolon War of '22, and a `ruff.toml` that's longer than the Bitcoin whitepaper but still allows line length 501? Bravo, you've managed to make a build system so complex it needs a `CMakePresets.json` that references "Visual Studio 18 2026" — are we now time-traveling developers? And that `download_utils.py` with global state and a `nonlocal` hack that's more convoluted than the Silk Road ledger — could you not just use `tqdm` like a civilized person? Your `INSTALL.md` is literally a link to another directory, which is the documentation equivalent of a `git commit -m "stuff"`. At least `CONTRIBUTING.md` correctly states there's no "privileged people" — clearly, because anyone who wrote this config spaghetti would be immediately defenestrated from the repo.
