I’ve approached similar situations in the past by telling them point blank, one ended poorly for our friendship as they did in fact believe I was being judgemental and jealous, but in the other two instances, they became aware and upped their guard.

I left the rest up to them, only made sure they are aware that certain things are happening which aren’t normal.
