I live in Tehran and right now I wanted to take a shower but water was out :)
I think horrible management and "engineering" decision for the dams and water managements had a much bigger factor in this situation. Although the drought and climate change is undeniable.
We are also battling with horrible weather pollution, wild fires in the north of the country and much more.

I say the human race is going to shit and we are in one of the worse places.
Tge situation will get so horribly ugly for all of us that at some point we understand we have to correct our paths. And then rebuild our societies and civilizations again.

Interesting times we are living in...
