The first rejects technology, seeking primitivism and return to nature.
The second accelerates technology, discarding humanity in pursuit of progress.
The third balances technology with nature and human flourishing.
The first is retreat, the second is escape. The third is reconciliation and it may be the only viable path.
El Salvador is but a fledgling nation but if it recognizes its own constraints and makes the right choices, who knows... perhaps it can become (or birth) a third timeline civilization.
