Solar panels last quite a long time and don't degrade that bad.

It's actually possible to melt down solar panels and remake them, but at the moment it's cheaper to make new panels.

Wind turbines have the problem of leaving huge amounts of plastic that cannot be recycled - that is usually just left to eventually become microplastics.

Steel reinforced concrete is pretty much harmless unless you run into it.

Meaningful quantities of oil takes millions of years to be produced - it appears that ~10,000 barrels of oil are produced a year in the entire earth.

Other fossil fuels like coal will never be produced again - as coal is from ancient massive forests that grew on top of the old wood, as fungi etc hadn't yet worked out how to break down wood.

The atmosphere has hit 427 ppm CO₂ and it's only going up.

It takes geological timescales for CO₂ levels to naturally significantly change.
