Regarding frontal lobe development, how, exactly, is that measured in embryos/fetuses? Or is this another vague concept dressed up in scientific language to make it appear like an actual measurement? How is "supporting consciousness" supposed to be measured in utero?

Still sounds like vague religious arguments trying to justify eugenics aka "kill the ones you don't want."
