It's very hard to make me genuinely angry at people right in front of me

I think it's been over half a decade at least that I've made a genuine angered complaint at someone in person outside of my immediate family

I just can't tank people making absurdly excessive rules, you complying with all of them, and then they reward you by not following their own rules and you get the blowback for it

The things that makes me the most mad at myself is when I don't follow my own appointments, when I genuinely screw someone over, because I never want someone else to do that to me, and they went ahead and did it twice in a row
