It's the same poverty trap in a different font imo. Not enough liquidity to be able to accept what will grow their liquidity as rapidly as possible.
In reality hardly anyone in that region will be paying in Bitcoin anyway so I don't think accepting it would impact their bottom line. But hey it's not my business, and they still think I maintain my lifestyle through magic I guess 🤣💅🤑
