Yeah. I think it's almost always better to get it spread out: it soaks in better & causes less erosion.

It's weird here: we had so much rain 1½ to 2 months ago. I have mosquito trap buckets set up & am assisting a neighbor w/ same. Had to dump some water out of my buckets in August b/c I didn't want them to overflow spontaneously. Now some buckets are at risk of drying out. I'm not experienced with them, & it's a learning process, but it definitely helps with the mosquitoes.
