We all have to do something. Service to others is one of the highest goods that one can give, and a worthwhile endeavor. Just remember that respite from time to time as needed is also important. It’s about balance. We become unable to give if we fail to care also for these bodies and souls. Scheduled regular retreats are grounding and revivifying.
