Is anyone running the Main Branch and if so, how is it going?

I understand there are fixes, etc, in main that hasn't made it to a release, some for a long time.
I read that it isn't advisable to run the main branch.
Just curious how it is going.
First alert Box in this official docs, "Please mind that running unreleased code from the main branch, while possible, is not recommended."
