kind hearted, introverted narcissists are some of the most complicated people to relate to. They are completely unaware of how to forget themselves, and lose themselves in interest for another. Every interaction happens from how it relates to, or affects the self. Its so familiar and comfortable to them, exiting that state makes them feel like something is wrong.
They can be kind, even thoughtful at times. But every interaction comes from relation to how it affects the self.
