I’m curious on others thoughts on this too. My massage lady tells me all the time I should do it since I work out so much to add back in the oxygen to the muscles which will prevent them from being so tight therefore preventing injuries. I’ve read that consistent meditation/breathing exercises can have similar effects (and free 😆)
