223 lbs as of this morning (-4.7%)

a bit of nausea the day after administering but i’m able to keep meals down. i get fuller faster and food noise is close to zero

Starting weight 234 lbs
227 lbs as of this morning (-3%)

Since i’ve lost 7 lbs in the first week, i think administering 3mg/week could be a bit much right now so I’m tweaking the administration to 2x per week right before bed.
