VitorPamplona (npub1gcx…nj5z) I rephrased that for clarity. I mean the garnet dev is setting a bounty before doing any updates, even simple things that should be fixed because they don't work properly. That is what I meant by "pay to dev."

I can understand setting a bounty to add new features, but not to fix bugs. Setting a bounty to fix bugs seems a bit much. He's asking for money to even change the app ID so it will install properly.
