I suppose the trick is understanding that the answer to the question "party or library?" doesn't actually mean anything at all.

The purpose of the question is not to get to a truth at all, & if you approach the question with the desire to "answer correctly", you're not understanding it in the spirit in which it was asked.

Just treat it as an empty semantic exercise!
