When I was 19, my then-boss arranged a surprise work Christmas party. He kept it secret until the last minute but was obviously very excited about it. It was Showaddywaddy at the Frontier Club in Batley. Had a really good night actually. Ended up on stage dancing with them at one point, absolutely shitfaced.
