Vitor, the big shift came with the introduction of the "follower" concept and the wave of influencers. Much of what you describe in your questions exist before the arrival of AI. What we have now, thanks to it, is the possibility for anyone to do that; and for it to happen on a massive scale. It’s best not to even get into the subject of how much people actually read professional writers.
I like the idea of recalibrating, and I’m curious to see the outcome. Perhaps because I’m really looking forward to an evolution, and perhaps, too, because I believe in human resilience.
