Well, it turns out Evan (npub18jg…c5gt) was right. There are still trolls on Nostr. Just encountered two bigots who had to make themselves known in my thread about how I haven't blocked anyone here yet. Now I have. Cool. Good for you two. But what those fools don't understand is that I zap freely, and positive interactions get paid whereas trollish behavior gets you thrown into the void. They probably don't care because they have no actual value to provide, so probably won't get zapped much anyway. This is not the platform for them.
