Homestead Helpers
Member Agreement
In order to protect all members from any adverse interference or action brought on by local, county, state, or federal regulatory, administrative, or licensing agencies, and to receive full benefits from participation in this Private Membership Association, all members consent to the following:
1. I agree that I am joining Homestead Helpers, and that it is a Private Membership Association.
2. I agree to keep details of the organization, including any materials produced by same, or other members details, private, and will not share with anyone outside the organization without explicit written permission from the founder. The exception would be any material available online, already in the public realm. I agree not to share emails or private conversations with non-members and to respect the privacy of other members.
3. I understand that any products or services I may receive as a member of this organization are intended to improve or enhance one’s natural state of being, and agree to take final responsibility for any use of same.
4. I understand that as a PMA, I am invoking my inalienable rights, as protected by the US Constitution, specifically the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth, and Fourteenth Amendments and as such take full responsibility for my own behavior, such that my actions shall never constitute anything that can be determined to be of a “clear and present danger of a substantial evil.”
5. I agree that any disputes I have will be brought to the attention of the founder in a timely manner so that it can be resolved in house, and that as a PMA, we are not subject to litigation.
6. I also understand that if my actions are not consistent with the values of the organization, I may be asked or told to leave the organization and my membership would cease to exist.
7. As sovereign, living, breathing, sentient human beings, we are being called to exercise our rights of life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, speech, religion, due process, assembly, and to contract, among others. I agree this is my responsibility to be aware of these inherent freedoms, and to be versed in the protection afforded me as described in US founding documents.
8. I have received and read a copy of the Articles of Association.
9. I have read and understand this contract completely.
