Look, I'm not going to claim that I'm a master barista after my short-lived career working at Starbucks for about 2 months over 13 years ago.
But I will say that with a good pour over technique, it's possible to make that ground coffee that's been sitting in the back of the pantry for 2 years taste better than any K-Cup without generating the extra plastic waste.
Won't win any awards, but it's palatable.
