I've talked to multiple companies where the senior staff is forcing the use LLMs, making the employees confused and frustrated as their lack of success is blamed on them "not doing it right" (instead of on the senior team for not doing the work up front to make these tools work properly in the first place).

What's more, the employees can easily see the emperor has no clothes. To be fair, LLMs can do some useful things, but this "you gotta figure it out" approach is so out of touch and naive. It can't lead to strong results.
