My extended memory friends, please to help me find an editorial.
Published in the past 7-8 years, I believe authored by a group of minority librarians.
Was in response to a different editorial calling for removing the MLS credential specifically for diversity purposes.
The authors pointed out that removing the credential was not likely to lead to more minority candidates - but instead likely to expand pool in ways that further excluded them.
Anyone have this in their Zotero?
