Basically there are just two possibilities:
1) Russia is nowhere even near being able to conventionally threaten EU.Not even in the same ballpark. We could spend a lot less on arms and still be much stronger then Russia, anyone claiming otherwise is fearmongering to rip off the taxpayer.
OR
2) Russia uses that money extremely efficient while the western military industrial complex is enormously incompetent and corrupt and rips off the taxpayer.
So, which is it?
