#Electrum Wallet 4.7.0 has just been released.
New features include:
* "Submarine Payments": onchain payments from the lightning balance through a swap (desktop only)
* Optional biometric authentication (e.g. Fingerprint) on Android
* Manual fee edit on Android (e.g. allowing for sub-1sat/b tx)
* LNURL-Withdraw: Allows scanning QR codes to receive funds on lightning (e.g. Vouchers)
