The "Electronic" in "P2P Electronic Cash" already excludes physical cash
Can't send physical cash over the internet, instantly, and to anyone on the planet
Lightning privacy is too convoluted for most users. Most they can hope for is traditional bank level privacy (bank sees everything, public cannot). It's pretty good if you know what you're doing though.
