According to NHK, at least 13 people have been killed following today’s earthquake in Japan, Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi said.
Earlier, an explosion and partial collapse at Aeon Mall in Kumamoto left at least four people rescued, while 10 others remain missing as search and rescue operations continue.
