Texting the rug puller and she's telling me exactly what I told her what was gonna happen and why 😏 feels good man. Basically they're as fucked as I am. They can't get into an apartment despite good credit and making 3 times the rent with a rent budget of 2400 and everything is filled up with shitholers on government subsidies. They can't find a place to live and their clueless boomer uncle is selling the house right out from under them regardless.
